Having
gone through a period with all the sign of perimenopause such as heart

1. Complete a thorough blood test.

for those who total house hold earning is above RM10,000 and FULL subsidies is
for those who has lower then RM10,000.00 for women from 40 to 70 of age.

3. Check your blood pressure.
You need to control your high blood pressure before you can
start HRT and you need to monitor it regularly on your own.
Blood pressure check is usually in the blood test
packages.
4. Ultrasound your womb.
Make sure you womb is healthy and you have regular period.
Other HRT plan is available if you have irregular period.
The cost for an ultrasound is from RM120 to RM180. You can
get a Free Mammogram for ladies 40 to 70 together with a FREE ultrasound at
Vision Dianostic Centre Petaling Jaya.
5. Go for a pap smear.
Ensuring you had a clean and healthy cervic. You can get a
this test at Nasional Cancer Society Malaysia for RM40.00.
