Bean is known a legume have many cancer prevention. The active ingredient include saponins, protease inhibitors and pyhtic acid. All these compound is called phytochemical are naturally found in plant. There had the ability to protect the cell from damage which lead to cancer.

According to the American Institute of Cancer Research reported in laboratory studies saponins shown the ability to inhibit the reproduction of cancer cell and slow the tumor growth in several area of tissue. Protease inhibitor slow the division of cancer cell and prevent the tumor from releasing proteases that destroy the nearby cell. Pyhtic acid slow the progress of tumor.
  
5.    Cabbage












Cabbage is a good source of sinigrin, a cancer preventive component. Sinigrin can be converted into isothiocyanate or AICT. AICT show unique cancer fighting properties. New research show that steaming can be the best way of obtaining all the good nutrient when eaten.
