Today
will be a milestone in my pledge to provide free legal advice specifically on
corporate related matter. Being a non legally train, it hard for others to put
themselves to you and take your advice seriously. But there will be time, one
can turn left and right but there is no way out.
Being
rich does not guarantee good service, being a shrew business person does not mean
you are not target of swindler, being smart does not mean you don’t fall prey
on smooth talker and like I always said…… there are actually a tons of good
people outside, but you will be doomed the moment you meet the one, bad one.
Today
is a case of how another person creatively taken over a young and energetic entrepreneur, money making manufacturing business without paying a single
cents. Not only he lost the entire business but saddle with huge borrowing from
the bank.
Representing the defendant, we manage to secure time from the court to
facilitates discussion and negotiation with others parties which my experience
told me that all will come out well.
Don’t
let legal jargon, fees, professional advice or going to court frighten you. We
all learn everyday in our life. Tough experience make us wise and stronger.
